Valentines

This year was my favorite Valentines Day so far. The night before Valentines the kids and I stayed up late making home made Valentines for their classmates and friends. They made rings out of hershey kisses and pipe cleaners for the girls, and super hero suckers for the boys. It was fun to work along side them, and talk with them.

I had to get some pictures of baby Macie, she turned 5 months old on Valentines. I love this little girl :)

Brielle and Madison got heart ponies in their hair for the day.

I made giant rice krispie kisses for everyone.

Brielle and Dakota worked hard to make a special heart shaped dinner for everyone.

Heart shaped strawberry shortcake

Heart shaped meatloaf, and rolls.

And heart shaped ice cubes

The kids all work so good together with very little fighting, that made the day extra special!!

Shed Hunting

Dakota loves to do anything with his dad, so when Mike takes him shed hunting it makes his day!

Mike got a great picture of the moment when he spotted a horn.

Sledding

If ever there was a perfect day for sledding, this was it. The weather was great!

We made hot chocolate to take and loaded up the kids to head out to White Mountain to spend the day. This is a great place for sledding with a lot of different hills for the kids to go on.

We all had a good time, even sweet baby Macie!

Mailbox

Dakota saw instrucions on how to make your own mailbox out of cardboard, and he really wanted to try it, so Mike took some time out of his morning to help him make one. The kids had fun leaving each other treats and pictures in it for the next couple of days.

Tractors

Jordan is such a good cousin, the little kids just love him.

The kids were wanting to ride on a tractor, so he started up grandpa's old tractor and took them for a ride.

Dakota is going to be one sad little boy when he leaves on his mission, he spends hours with Jordan working on the farm.

Madison

Madison is at a cute stage where she loves to dress up in different dresses all day.

Little girls are so much fun.

Christmas Break Picnic

Christmas break was crazy this year! It was abnormally warm, on one of the days it was 60 degrees and my kids played outside all day without jackets, they had a picnic in the play house, and even asked if they could sleep out at night, but I had to veto that idea.

Christmas Tree

A couple of days before Christmas the kids slept in the living room with all the Christmas lights on. I remember as a kid how magical the Christmas lights looked in the dark.

Christmas Time

We had a special family night at Grandpa and Grandma Jacksons and we talked about the true meaning of Christmas. Madison, Myah, and Paisley attacked Jordan when we got there.

Awe I love Macie!!!!

Madison kept eyeing over all the presents.

Malia and Brielle had made up a little concert that they performed for all of us, it was really cute.
We had a lot of fun in the month of December, but I needed to take my camera more because I didn't get pictures of a lot of the things. We made gingerbread nativities, and we went to the live Nativity, and we went to our ward party on Christmas Eve, I love Christmas memories!

Santas Lap

Macie's first time on Santa's lap.

Dakota asked for a gun.

Brielle told Santa he could bring her anything.

Madison asked for a baby Rapunzel.
